Westside Hangar Complex Development Program

A corporate flight department had several aircraft based at two metro Atlanta airports and needed to consolidate operations into one facility. MaesAwyr successfully guided the company through the Request for Proposal process with DeKalb County, and upon project award, assembled the multi-disciplinary project team of engineers, architects, and construction managers, and managed the design process from conceptual planning through permitting.

The facilities include a 40,000-square foot hangar building with expandable interior office space and a foam fire suppression system, concrete apron, two underground Jet A fuel tanks, and a new access road.
