Air Strategic Plan

MaesAwyr was a lead analyst on the consultant team conducting Middle Georgia Regional Airport’s Air Strategic Plan, funded by the Middle Georgia Regional Commission.

The study provided a systematic evaluation of the airport’s financial performance, SWOT analysis, review of national, state, and regional trends, potential economic impacts of proposed aeronautical and non-aeronautical development, workforce development considerations, land use planning, and local and emerging markets and supporting industries.

This Project delivered a dynamic implementation plan to best enhance and leverage the existing aerospace infrastructure of Middle Georgia and augment economic development plans for attracting and retaining aerospace-related development at Middle Georgia Regional Airport.
